I recently moved from country A to country B, since I am going to loose the bank acocunt in country A soon, I have create a new PSN account with Country B. Most of the games I purchased so far is using Country A account including Elden Ring. Now my question is if I purchase Elden Ring NightReign with Country B's account will it work?

Also can 1 PS5 have two PS+ accounts activated?

Another question I want to purchase diablo IV with my Country B PNS acocunt (I dont have PS+ with it) but I still have PS+ for Country A account, will I be able to play diablo IV?

Last question, why Sony is so retard re migrationg PSN account from one country to another?

You don't need Elden Ring for NightReign, it's standalone and it will work.

Yes, you can have up to 10 accounts activated on one PS5.

Yes, as long as you set your Account A as offline verified on your PS5, your account B will benefit the online service from PS plus from A.
