It will be out at "some point this year". So far the only things we know is Matador is being reworked, there will be some new jokers, and that the blue stake modifier will change.
Hopefully the new jokers help keep the game fresh without destroying the balance. I also hope they don't dilute the card pool too much since this isn't a game where more necessarily means better.
