I haven't played it myself but Outer Brain is an awesome 3 person team (maybe 4 people).
They made Organ Quarter back in 2017. A Resident Evil/Silent Hill-inspired game exclusive to VR. A true Survival Horror classic in every sense of the word.
They then worked on Guilt: The Deathless, a chibi souls-style roguelike. It's fun but not my cup of tea. It's been in early access for a few years but there's enough game there if it's something up your alley. The dev plans on finishing it.
