I did a search and found this hasn't been posted yet, and I'm surprised by that.

Basically it is the giri giri emu with a whole bunch of codes re-writes and is now open source. Giri Giri has been abandoned by sega and the author along with others in the emu scene see this as legal. If the Mods see different, then I'm sorry I posted this.
