IIRC it was a GT (as in car class) type racer by EA, featuring quite extensive setup options as well as the need to get refueled every now and then. Also a nice damage model was in the game and the higher powered cars were waving their booty in every curve like a lapdancer. Great racer which I never saw much love for, but what was the title?
