The game still looking great doesn't mean it didn't had a downgrade.
Hb2 has the best graphic in the market, but senua still doesn't look quite as good as the reveal.

And I don't know, I feel like it was way more consistent. The combat seemed less flashy and the overall gameplay less... I don't know how tu put it, less confusing and generic?
And don't misunderstand me, for sure it still looks good but it's not THAT impressive imo.
This looks WAY better than the gameplay shared earlier. Getting huge Dragon's Dogma vibes which is always good

It's not super brutal, because if you ask me, the game never looked as detailed as something like wukong even during the reveal.

Anyway : this looks like it will be one of my full priced games that I'll buy in 2025, i really missed a nice, open world medieval fantasy ARPG and this for some reason, reminds me of The Witcher 3 (It most probably has to do with the nice vistas white riding a horse
).One thing though : please God let this be good/perform well on consoles, I can't take another FSR smeared, ghosting-athon, aliased game like BM Wukong, I really hope that it will perform and look nice especially on the PS5 Pro...
PS: are performance/60Hz modes confirmed for this ?

The more I see from the game, the less I can wait to play it.
Everything is right up my alley - impactful combat, sheer scope of open world, BotW like traversal, and a mature tone for story.
I might as well nab a collector edition if they announce a nice one.

The animations and physics shaders are insanely good. Especially grabbing the fur of that beast and being flailed around while fighting it. Makes for a very cinematic experience.

There are so many good games coming from the East that I'm kind of upset.
I don't have time to play them.
