Jfc, wasn't this announced a year ago and due out "end of 2024"?, I wonder if they've fixed the issues pointed out by people when the trailer dropped.

I've only bought a few COG games, I know nothing about this gator game but I'll grab it on COG just for the heck of it.

edit-yea I know it's GOG but I can't get that into my brain and it always comes out as Cog like cogs on a gear.

Obviously a perfect scenario would be a full remake like with Spyro games, but it didn't age horribly. I'll get it when it's on sale.

I'm stoked for this. It's a fun game but the OG controls are quite rough to go back to, it's like tank controls in a sense. Early 3D gaming, what a time to be alive.

I wish we had Rayman 2 remaster like this one

I just found out there's a 3DS port. Cant believe Im finally able to play Croc after all these years. Dont remember if I bought it or got it as a gift but our PC couldnt play it lol. Game kept crashing. All I could do was wonder at the big box and go back to playing SM64 and Banjo Kazooie.

Yikes. Even back when this came out, we PS1 owners knew we were playing a second fiddle 3d platformer. Why on earth would anyone buy this almost 30 years later?
Right I had a PS1 didn't get an N64 until later was hoping for Mario 64 and got Croc shit.

I reckon with better 3D controls this is a pretty good game. On PSX I didn't think it was bad at all, just kind of hard to control with digital.

Argonaut was the studio behind Starfox which was ground breaking. They pitched Croc as a Yoshi platform game for Nintendo, who turned them down.

Playing it now and it feels like a different game with these modern joystick controls. I've personally never beat Croc, but I hope there's not some absurd difficulty spike later on. This is a nice game to just shut my brain off and breeze through.

So what's the problem with Rock It Games?? On Facebook people are pissed off because there is no communication and no shipping dates for the physical versions.

Game been released a few days ago and they can't ship the game?? Shit is getting ridiculous.
