Will probably be the 1st football game I try since like Blitz on the N64. Just because Todd Howard said he was hyped about it, and it seems like it got some buzz. I downloaded it last night and will get to it one of these days. I don't expect I'll play it much, but will be something different.

It's a pretty good game and first football game I got in like 10 years. I did buy it for $25 a few months back and it was worth it.

Yep! I just fired it up on my Steam Deck and it plays really well!

This makes up the fact the MLB The Show 24/25 are no longer on Game Pass.

College Football is the same sport as the NFL, right? If so, why not just add the college football league into Madden?

Yes, same sport, but NFL and NCAA (the organization that governs most college level sports) have no association. Also, it would be too big for one game. There are over a 100 schools participating in college football and that's just at the top level. There are lower levels of college football as well. It's......complicated.

FIFA (I'll always still call it that) has hundreds of teams from leagues all over the world. Some countries have a number of leagues. For example, they have every professional team in all four leagues in England, which is 92 teams overall. I think in the latest game there are around 700 teams.

No reason why EA can't make an American Football game with all NFL and College football teams.

Side note, the NFL would never do this, but College Football sounds like it's ripe for a multiple league system with promotions and relegations.
