The word Nazi and their ideas are inextricably linked to Germany and its history and to just throw it around at some random people who do a stupid hand gesture (which was btw rather common in history until it was marked as Nazi salute) is beyond stupid. Especially because we are looking here at a guy from South Africa who emigrated to the US. And no one in the US can be a Nazi because no US citizen can ever think the same about the US as a German did about Germany back then.
