Ps5 sold 88.5k in April
Yet in Europe there are next to no sales in April and May so far

Man it's taken ps4 easily but it looks like Vita will fall too. The real test is ps3 and Wii U. How fast can it pass them out. Exciting times, great to see a traditional home console selling good numbers!

We don't know the actual selling point of the PS5 yet... this graph is still limited by supply.
For example it only sold less than PS4 at launch and for the first 5 months due the supply being heavy limited but it easily catch and overcome it even being so limited.

We need to wait the supply catch demand to understand the real curve of PS5 sales.

Konami just announced that Momotaro has already surpassed 3 million units, future updates and marketing of the title is planned. Overall I expect it to eventually surpass 5 million units in Japan, which will put it into a very exclusive Nintendo, Capcom & Pokemon only club

With Baseball Spirits & Yu-gi-oh launching in the summer they are likely to see continued growth.

Declive or digital change?

Revelations 2 is a good comparison that shows exactly that... it was launched as Digital only title and just weeks after released on physical... so it physical sales already account for a strong push in digital due the digital only launch.

Probably sold around 100-150k digital if the shipped+digital was 300k.

that would depend on physical sell-through if it's 80-100% than you correct, however if it's lower than it will take a while for the initial physical shipment to be sold out.

I'm actually happy for Snap. Might be one nitche game, but is relativelly simple and prettier than most of pokemon games(at least in terms of models).

There's definitely a decline (at least at launch) digital alone doesn't explain the difference but we can see how the legs will be. Digital definitely helps games have a longer life.

That is why the info released tomorrow by Famitsu and MediaCreate with the % of the physical shipment that was sold will tell us the digital... it can variate from 80k to 160k max.

That is a interesting case because most case we don't receive the number of shipment + digital for 3rd-party games in Japan... so it will give a ideia how the digital/physical split is for AAA 3rd-party games.
