I kind knew it after last week that Sony would have a bigger shippment this week. Might be one of the biggest PS5 sales weeks since 2020 i think.

People don't want less options with their gaming devices...and besides, the screen quality on the OLED is just too good to pass up over the Lite.

Japan gets a boost and last week seemed like europe saw a bit of a decrease with drops(just anectode). Considering europe getting fifa bundles wouldn't be surprised if japan sees a big decrease this week again. Still need to get to a point where they can supply all countries with good stock.

Its more like the OG Switch makes far more sense to buy given what it provides. Against forum's "good sense", japanese like playing it as a home console, just like they like playing it as a handheld console. And being a hybrid is far more entaicing than just having a handheld console.

I think it makes a good companion console to the Switch. Different library and or better quality versions if you want to play on TV plus gamepass, it makes sense with this deal.
