I've got one JP PS2 (unmodded) for sale, with Crimson Tears, Minna No Golf 4, and KoF 2002 included. All three games are quite playable without knowledge of Japanese. The unit is in excellent shape (although I no longer have the box for it), and is only about six months old, with moderate usage.

I'm asking $150 for the whole shebang. Whatta deal!

Yes! Actually, since I just got CT, and the other games are coming out soon (plus Gradius V is getting a quick translation), I figured there really wasn't much purpose in keeping it -- all the good stuff seems to get translated these days.
