I was at a local Gamestop today, and noticed that you can get a new Gamecube for $69.99 with the trade-in of any of three consoles and one game. One of these was a PSone. Does anyone know if they only accept an actual PSone or will they take an actual regular PS1 as well? Do boxes or anything need to be included as well? I've never traded in a system and don't really know how it works. It seems like a decent deal if they take a regular PS1 since I never use the thing anymore and have more than one PSX game I'll never play again.

They take the regular one and you don't need a box, etc. Just all power/ AV cords and one controller.

No. The regular used prices are GC 79.99, Xbox 119.99 There was a huge influx of used GC's when the other two dropped prices.

At my gamestop at least, it has to be a PSOne, the small one. Or a GBA or an N64.
