Looks like this is officially in production as of today. Being golf, such a late sequel could actually work if they keep it simple.

I would have Shooter come back after a multi-decade ban. Maybe have Shooter be the delinquent now after having a rough life and challenge a more mature and reserved Happy that has to rediscover his more immature side.

What it will probably actually be: Happy's daughter like others have already said.
