Because games are meant to played, unlike movies which look great on trailers. How can a game look this boring in every fucking trailer?

Look at how forspoken turned out at the end.If this was out for XSX launch it would have been huge as a tech demo (like Ryse) but who cares at this point.
That's why I said at launch, I agree after a while it doesn't matter.Look at how forspoken turned out at the end.
Tech demo are useless, because it doesnt translate to end product sadly.

You're making the mistake of not factoring in which "side" is releasing it when assessing those opinionsAverage user - That looks so boring.... oooooohhhh Death Stranding 2 looks amazing.
Part 2 is a revenge story. She is on a mission to avenge the raiders who burned her village and gutted her boyfriend. Much more straight forwardAlso this still fails to set up a story a conflict or anything for part 2.
Death Stranding 2 at least can intrigue me with all that craziness. But every trailer I saw of Hellblade is the same boring stuff: the main caracter walking, the same boring combat of the first one, etc. Maybe is just bad marketing, but I dont feel that the game have improve in any aspect besides graphics.Average user - That looks so boring.... oooooohhhh Death Stranding 2 looks amazing.

Ok, fine, I guess. But that completely undermines the entire first game which was about grief and acceptance. And it's also way less interesting than exploring someone's crumbling mental state using interpretations of the Norse underworld as a setting.Part 2 is a revenge story. I love to see fanboys triggered lmao

There’s combat in there showing new stuff like her using a shield, which you couldn’t do in the first one.are they finally showing combat ? or is just another cgi trailer showing how to render teeths ?
