A proper silky, creamy, rich hot chocolate and not the watery flavourless diorreah kind is the stuff of dreams.

Hot milk, Ghirardelli chocolate chips, cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg and sugar is what I make every year. Best hot chocolate ever.

Couple it up with home made whip cream with heavy cream, cinnamon, and powdered sugar. Boom

I use coconut milk at home, goes well with the chocolate.

Idk, hard to explain. I like to taste my chocolate slowly, melting in my mouth, hot chocolate usually too sweet for my taste.

One of the chefs in the vid mocks corn starch, but a teeny tiny bit, like 1/2th to 1 teaspoon really does give hot choco a glorious texture!
