The YouTube channel LeChumQc made a very impressive in-universe Quake II documentary about the Strogg. It has multiple actors doing different voices for the soldiers talking about the different types of Strogg and their biology/technology. The narrator might be AI but the rest is human. He incorporates some other Quake lore as well. Instead of making just a list video, this guy went all-in and I wanted to share his work.
