With the Fatal Fury inclusions in Street Fighter VI it is very possible, but I sincerely hope Luke, Jamie, and Kimberly are not in that set. I would not mind one SNK ripoff like Dan or Remy for hilarity.

Never. Not only would potential players be repulsed by Ash Crimson, but Capcom would never let a minor character like that have the spotlight. (Remy only appeared in a single revision of an unpopular series of games.)
I was't serious, LOL. I just found interesting that those two characters have a lot in common. Not like Remy is ever going to come back anyway, not even to mainline SF.
It looks like a knight (helmet with plume, Victorian long-sleeve, and cape) to me. The only other thing I can think of is Vice standing in front of back-turned Mature but that is more than one character... I would be happy with that outcome though.I think I recognize that silhouette. Well the outfit and hair anyway(billowy sleeves and tied off, long dress, hair in a high ponytail and a longer bit dangling over) . She ditched that outfit a while ago though and was sporting a suit. So it could be Mature and Vice? Didn't know Vice was shorter tho, they're supposed to be the same height. Can't think of other characters it could be. There are a few characters with long clothes, but none match that silhouette to my knowledge.

Unless it's a completely new character, the only 'knight' character I can think of for SNK is Charlotte, maybe Foxy, and those two have pretty distinct features that would be revealed with a silhouette(Foxy her 'hair' and her rapier, Charlotte, her bulky top armor).

They are working on a new Action RPG Samurai Shodown, a new Art Of Fighting, and Fatal Fury: City Of The Wolves. They seem short staffed as they mentioned looking for more people during the panel.
