Nacon, the company who owns Daedalic wrote the apology and apparently without priot approval by the studio. Two anonymous sources told him the apology was written by the AI ChatGPT and looking at how empty and bizarre that apology was, who would doubt? They didn't even double check for mistakes.
Maybe ChatGPT should have written the game's story, couldn't have been worse
