I seriously did not expect the English Training game to do this well. Apparently Nintendo can do no wrong in Japan.

Brain Training 2 is already close to outselling the first one. Wow..just wow.

Animal Crossing's legs are insane. It was really the perfect handheld game for Japan, and they have turned the series into a blockbuster. I bet you Nintendo is putting even more resources into AC Revolution now. Could it be a Japanese launch title?

Well since you never know with PSP games in Japan, maybe you can say VP and Megaman will not show up (which would be a damn shame), but to say Gundam won't show up is crazy.

One would have said the same about Winning Eleven. It may have shown up (I do not know or remember), but not only are PSP games largely less popular than their siblings on other systems, but it's coming up against the DS Lite.

I really do think AC is perfect as a portable game. As a "life simulator", it just doesn't feel right playing the game while sitting on the couch looking up at a television screen. It's like it was meant to portable and to take it with you anywhere. Plus, I find it alot more interactive than the GC version. I love making patterns in the game from various other games and putting them on the ground. I actually regret the possibility of Nintendo making another console version.

Anyway, sorry for derailing the thread. :/

I think it was mentioned in the thread the week the DS sold over 100k, that shipments had stopped for 2 weeks because of Chinese New Year.

MHP legs are very impressive, it just keeps going and going. Surely the biggest seller now for the PSP.
