Did Pokemon Dash even do that well? So Ambrella spin-offs even do respectable numbers for the franchise? I think the other spin-offs like Ranger and Dungeon do quite good, but still.

3DS had a monster hardware week with the new color. Starfox itself did not have a great opening although that's sort of to be expected with it being another remake. 3DS needs games that are actually developed for the system specifically before sales really take off.

If PS3 and Wii will continue to sell like this week, then the YTD difference will exceed half a million at the end of the year.

Taiko DX and (especially) Inazuma Strikers did way better than I expected. Starfox did way worse though. The rest is about what I pictured.

Hopefully Starfox doesn't deep six further N64 remakes. I still want Majora's Mask and F-Zero X + eXpansion Set!

It will depend on a couple of factors:

If DQX drops this year or Wii has an actual Y5,000 price drop then all bets are off.

Given that the 3DS version is a quick and dirty inferior port, I'm not surprised at all.

Taiko no Tatsujin seems to have done pretty well for itself, conisdering past entries.
