By the end of the year, there would be only two Playstation games in the Top 20, Ghost of Tsushima and Final Fantasy VII Remake. So instead of 85% software sales we'd be looking at over 90% for 2020 and the situation will accelerate next year due to 3rd party support. If you are a Japanese 3rd Party launching an exclusive PS4/PS5 game, you are basically relegating it to niche status in your home market.
