Like i've said on the other thread: Good. Not great, but good.

Also, famitsu is making distiction between the bundles. Wii fit bundle sold almost 6k, where the other are probably most of the units of the Wiiu. It just shows how amazon is unreliable, since the fit one were the ones with the best positions.

And Mario is there too. That makes predicting how the cheaper bundle fared much easier, since Mario was selling something like 1k at best.

It's too soon to say the Wii U is in a better position, but just like the zelda bundles did in the us, it shows that it might have a chance. Let's see Nintendo moves next.

Why is Famitsu reporting 79,715 for Wii Party U, but MC is saying 37,371? I'm assuming there's something I'm missing here.

Media Create probably isn't including the bundled download codes.

NSMBU also had a big jump on Famitsu.

Why is the big bundle with Wii U listed in the Famitsu Charts?

Those are effectively Wii Fit U sales.

One of them tracks bundles i believe.

All of them track the bundles (or else MC Wii U hardware sales would be 20 units). They just (randomly) decide what to include or not in software sales.

I bought the bundle, and haven't even played Wii Party U yet.

It was just part of it.

Wii U did pretty well, around the high end of personal expectation.

Wii Party U higher than what was expected too based on early retailer indications.

Just comparing MC and Famitsu and looking at Wii Fit U (which was also included in the bundles?), it looks like around 40K or so standalone, 35K bundled for Wii Party U.

Overall though, the big "if" is how much this is sustained going forward.

Vita-2000 seems to have done the trick [for now] too.
