Media Create noted that apparently Donkey Kong sales slumped in saturday and sunday due to heavy snow.
But were they heavy enough to warrant closing the pokemon centers?

Who wouldn't want all of their streams to be like this?

Is this real or fake? I always thought it'd be nifty if Sony can include NicoNico on their streaming choices but I didn't know it's already on the plan.

That actually...looks quite positive for the Wii U. I wonder if it can get to a baseline of 15k post-Mario Kart. Obviously 15k isn't good, but it'd be a hell of an improvement. Hyrule Warriors is the big surprise.
NicoNico will become a streaming choice on PS4 this spring.
It's real. That was attached to the press release.
square enix really missed out on 159 sales by not having the last remnant ported to ps4 for launch

I remember that GC games were pretty high as well in those lists. Didn't really help with sales though.Did anyone else post the Famitsu most wanted?
It's also pretty telling which category of readers are more likely to read Famitsu. Playstation presence in the most wanted list is quite dominant.
I wouldn't bet on it either way? Especially with likely bundles. I'll take an avatar bet if you want.

you guys do recognize that a vaporware port of a five year old 360 game is on that chart
there's less information to be gained there than looking at amazon, tsutaya, and comgnet rankings
lmao do you honestly think MK8 will outsell FFXV bwahahaha oh this is funny
.
There is a chance, MK is the much bigger Franchise. But it seems WiiU will kill ist to.

No it was only much bigger on the Wii and DS. MK7 is quite close to FF13 in sales. Not to mention its on the WiiU lol.
I mean FF15 will do around 2 million. WiiU's install base is only 1.6 million and MK8 comes out in May. Theres no way WiiU will be at 2 million by then let alone MK8 having a 100% attach rate.
Your probably going to say, but oh MK8 has legs.....in which case I shall reply with WiiU. WiiU is struggling to reach even GCN software numbers on several franchises. MK did 850k iirc on GCN and thats where I expect MK8 to do as a LTD. (Unless Nintendo pulls a NSMBU where they give it away for free with every new system).
Holy damn at Persona 5, never thought it will THAT popular beating FFXV (maybe because it'll come sooner than FF XV). Seeing Mario Kart 8 so high also gives me hope. But thing that matter is, how low it'll be before Mario Kart 8 hit the market? The numbers prediction in my head alone makes me shiver.
edit: wait this is Japan only isn't it
For the most anticipated FF title since 2006? I kinda doubt it. Unless the word of mouth will be awful this has so much hype behind it it'll do FF13 numbers.edit: wait this is Japan only isn't it
even then, there's a big possibility of a FF decline, not that MK8 can actually make up the difference

Mario Kart 8 is the only Wii U game I think it has a legitimate chance to outsell its GameCube counterpart.
My reasoning (which could be wrong) is that the franchise was at an all-time low in popularity seeing that even Mario Kart Super Circuit failed to crack a million sales, and that in a healthy system. It is also true that Mario Kart: Double Dash!! also had the handicap of being released when GameCube was starting to die so it couldn't develop better legs.
For the most anticipated FF title since 2006? I kinda doubt it. Unless the word of mouth will be awful this has so much hype behind it it'll do FF13 numbers.
Okay but its not going to get anywhere near 2 million.
Did I ever imply that?
My point is basically FFXV >> MK8 in terms of sales.
You can't read those points without remembering about release dates.
FF is 2015 ? And MK8 is may.
What is so hard to understand here?
FFXV LTD >> MK8 LTD
I dont expect MK8 to sell more either, but i have to say that Mario U wasnt just given for free. Thats a misconception some people have. The Mario/party bundle is 2k yen more expensive and the Wii fit is 4k yen more expensive. Since those are digital games, its very possible that Nintendo is gaining money from it (specially since its not like mario would sell much more). No it was only much bigger on the Wii and DS. lolFamitsu's most wanted lists are about as relevant to sales threads as Gamefaqs Character of the Year polls.
first day sellthrough
[3DS] Kuroko's Basketball: Miracle Victory - 40-50%
[PS3] Shin Koihime Musou: Otome Taisen Sangokushi Engi [Limited Edition] - 50-60%
[PSV] Chou no Doku: Hana no Kusari - Taishou Tsuyakoi Ibun < 50%
Shipment of PS4 will be 350k at most
