Is a bit shocking, but for this game I don´t complain, DS is is a very capable 2D machine.

PSP slim with component out would be better as it would look gret on psp and I would be able to play in TV... but a new Metal Slug is always good news.

I'm sure it will be fine on the DS, but I'd really like to see an arcade release, personally. I know that it doesn't make financial sense to deal with arcades these days (for the most part), but that's BY FAR the best way to experience Metal Slug.

Nintendo DS?

That sucks (just as the game likely will).

Don't be that pessimist. Even a typical console game like Dragon Quest can be done on an handheld. This game could follow the same path. I remain cautionally optimist.

Maybe they can do some new things with the series now. I played through the Wii games, I think there's some stuff they could do with a touch screen that would work out for them.

Agreed to a point. As much as I love my DS, you want a big screen to enjoy Metal Slug. I think a console release would do fine, though.
