On Famicom & SuFami, unquestionably. On GBA, unquestionably not.kiryogi said:FE >> Wars.
Same here. I actually didn't like Fire Emblem too much. I thought it was kinda boring...too much story. Advance Wars is just a fun game.jarrod said:Actually, I'd rather get Advance Wars 3....

Welcome to the family ^_^john tv said:Fire Emblem: Rekka no Ken is owning me like no other GBA game has ever owned me. I simply cannot put it down. When I'm not playing it, I'm figuring out a plan in my head about how to get through the latest chapter w/o losing anyone. Super addictive!!! I can't wait for the next one... bring it on!
Hmmm, you know I wouldn't even compare them directly like that. Sure they're both strategy games, but they play completely differently from each other. For me saying FE > AW or vice versa is like comparing F-Zero GX to a realistic driving sim. Each series has its own strengths and weaknesses in their style and execution of gameplay, which is why they are able to exist together.jarrod said:On Famicom & SuFami, unquestionably. I kinda doubt it, because they're not from the same kingdom. The two pictured here are twins -- a Prince and Princess from Luness (actual spelling may vary).Tritroid said:The girl with the bluish green hair looks a lot like Lyndis. She's probably an ancestor or descendant.
Oh I see. What about the time frame? Anybody know yet when this one takes place in the timeline?john tv said:I kinda doubt it, because they're not from the same kingdom. The two pictured here are twins -- a Prince and Princess from Luness (actual spelling may vary).

StrikerObi said:Actually most of them are linked in sets of two. I wouldn't be surprised if the other half of this story is the GameCube Fire Emblem.
