Resizing is super easy. Just open them in Paint and resize them to 120x100.

That I can do (and thank you), the transparency is a problem though. Do you need a paid program like Photoshop for that?

I could never figure out how to do it cleanly with more complex pictures like what Coreda did for me and YouTube doesn't have good tutorials.

You can do all of this in things like GIMP or paint.net, but man photoshop owns.

I am messing around with background eraser tool in photoshop and I think I could get the hair cutouts pretty good with that. Gonna mess around and see.
