I almost hope the Habs win just because the Metro must be contained for everyone's sake.
As of right now, 1-2-3 in the Metro is 1-2-3 in the NHL. 4th in the Metro is 7th overall. So 7th overall in the NHL is a wild card team, because that makes sense.

Yeah, there were rumors to that effect earlier in the week. Awful injury.
The Preds are in a tough spot defensively with Subban (and Bitetto) out. Matt Irwin's having to play in the top four and other-Weber gets stuck with AHL scrubs. It's not the primary reason why the Preds are currently mediocre, but it sure ain't helping.

Beauchemin really needs to retire with Iginla.
Honestly I think I'd rather they went on a huge losing streak so Bergevin would be forced to do something, because it seems when the team is "just good enough" he doesn't feel like he has to do a fucking thing.

Yes they did. Refs should've called for a delayed penalty not blow the whistle right away when the Pens had possession and a 2 on 1.
