Vietnams offer to drop tariffs might not work. $500+ switch 2 incoming? 😬

Without getting too political here, Navarro won't contradict the administration's rhetoric on this unilaterally. If there's a deal with Vietnam, it'll be announced by Trump first so that he can present it as a victory rather than a concession.

Btw, it's worth mentioning that the EU price includes VAT (sales tax), which is generally around 20% across a lot the EU countries, while the US price doesn't include sales tax, as that varies from state to state and/or county to county.

So I've asked GPT to do the math for me since I'm lazy, and the findings are that the pre-tax price of the Switch 2 is actually ~$30 cheaper in Europe than in the US.
But when you add the taxes in, it costs more in EU price.

Switch 2 is still readily available for Pre-order in Australia and for once we appear to have a comparative price to the rest of the world.

Nintendo Switch 2 Console + Mario Kart World Bundle is $766 AUD ($480 US, £368 & €424)

Nintendo Switch 2 Console is $699 AUD ($439 US, £336 & €387)

Made a crappy phPBB forum once ... once.
Havent come to shit all over it and sure its been mentioned in the other 17 pages but...

£75 for the pro controller compared to £50 for the current Switch Pro Controller. What colour is the sky on Nintendo's planet?

What the fuck does it do or are they charging you £25 for the C button (that will also require a subscription to work after March 26) ?

Seems like they redesigned the controllers, it's not just a different external case and an additional button. Also Nintendo had been adjusting for inflation.

I'll get one because my current Switch Pro Controller trigger is loose after falling down last year, but if it starts getting drift of is low quality, It's gonna be the last one I get from Nintendo and will find a third party one probably.
