Best division in football. :lol NFC East :lol

And I don't think I can make fun of the NFC West anymore seeing as how every team in our division is probably worse than the Seahawks :(

dude, did you still not get my point from last week?

Tirico said that the NFC East was the best division due to the rivalries, fan bases, and hatred each team has for each other.

He never said the NFC East was the best division based on the actual play of the teams.

Oh, well that makes sense, but Yanks/Sox...

OK GAF, time for YOU MAKE THE CALL!

In a Yahoo money league (I am the commish), a player who is currently 2-0 (and was going to 3-0 after tonight's game finished) made a deal with a player who was 0-3.

Here are the terms of the trade, which both players accepted earlier this evening:

Team 3-0

Marshawn Lynch
Reggie Bush

Team 0-3

Steven Jackson
Maurice-Jones Drew

The owner of Team 3-0 also boasted to me that he wanted me to approve the trade pronto, unless I was scared, because I face him in week 4.

I replied to him that I was actually quite pleased with approving the trade, as Steven Jackson is injured for at least 1 week and MJD is on a bye week. He responded shortly thereafter demanding that the trade be nixed and if not, demanding that I allow MJD to be waived (MJD is on Yahoo's Can't Cut List) and ALSO to ensure that he gets Brian Leonard (thereby preventing others from claiming him as a free agent).

I think I know the answer here, but just for fun....

GAF.....YOU MAKE THE CALL!

The only time that a commish can stop a trade is if there is obvious collusion. This looks borderline.

edit: Oh wait, the good team got the bad trade?

FUCK EM!

Actually I'm sure it wasn't an attempt at collusion. Team 0-3 is savvier than most of the league gives him credit for and is really trying to salvage a season (after all, fantasy seasons are only 13-14 weeks usually, and starting 0-3 is not good). Team 3-0 thought they were stacking their deck for this week and throughout the future because they bought into the pre-season fantasy rankings a little too much.

Definitely let it go through. Even without the injuries and bye weeks, the trade seems fine. St Louis is terrible and it will be hard for Jackson to have a good year. Lynch could very well be a better fantasy player. And Bush and Jones-Drew are both off to slow starts after really good rookie years.

I see this as a pretty fair trade, with everyone being healthy.

Yikes, McCallister out for the year with a torn ACL...

i'm about to start posting my starting fantasy rosters from all my leagues -- everything i've touched has turned into complete injuries and piles of shit. maybe as a service to GAF or something.

FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, PICK BRADY.

When Keith Bulluck got his 3rd and final interception he just slid to the ground, not a single saint touched him (he was never downed).............unless they changed the rules. He could have stealthly got up and just ran to the endzone.
