They are diving suits
So yeah, we have Wano, Whole Cake Island, Raftel, the Reverie at Mariejois, and Elbaf, to name a few places/events left to explore. Not to mention the final arc which the findings and events at raftel will likely act as the catalyst for. And it's unknown how Shanks and Blackbeard and the Revolutionaries play into all this.

- shanks and his crew
- aokiji
- new shichibukais?
- buggy
- mihawk
- moria
- Enel
- kuma
- fujitora
- dragon
- All the remaining characters from the worst generation
And many many more.
I guess many of those will be bundled together instead of having arcs for everything but still.

i don't see shanks getting killed when he gets defeated. i think most of his crew are going to get killed and shanks will somehow survive and help luffy at the end in the final war. he might get killed there though.
