Own a piece of cinema history with Aliens auctions

RagnarokIV

Battlebus imprisoning me \m/ >.< \m/
Alright benders, now's your chance to own some proper cool shit.

A tape archive of Colonial Marine helmet cam and Motion Tracker footage from the production of James Cameron's Aliens. The Colonial Marines used their standard-issue helmet cameras and M313 Motion Trackers as they entered Hadley's Hope and descended into the xenomorph hive in the sublevels of its power station.
To create the POV material seen on the video station feeds, additional footage of the key cast was shot on video cameras during filming on the set. This archive of 12 three-quarter-inch format video cassette tapes consists of the production footage from Colonial Marines helmet cameras, as well as playback elements for the motion tracker, none of which has ever been previously published.
The total combined runtime of the tapes is approximately two hours and nine minutes. A digital file of the footage, including its original sound, will also be included with the tapes.

Those specimens are worth millions to the bioweapons division. If I made a decision that dropped so much money on props I'd be wrong. It would a bad call RagnarokIV RagnarokIV a bad call.

Cool props though. Be nice to see the helmet cam footage, I hear a day in the Marine Corps is like a day on the farm. Every meal's a banquet, every paycheque a fortune, every formation a parade ...

Im registered but wont be buying anything, they do have a ton, and I mean a ton of stuff. I do watch their live broadcast, they had one in Los Angeles not too long ago, think they had two of them. its always fun to see how much people will pay for stuff. I did bid on the matrix production binders but was way overbid last time and someone else got it. I'm still looking through their catalog and im still on page 7 and there's still a ton of stuff still left to look at so I might see something. They have concept art from the matrix, sucks that yoy gotta pay a premium on top of the bid, but this is normal.

Don't wanna take the focus off of Aliens, but some of my original cinema history, not copies. But yes, if you are an alien fan, some good opportunity to pick some stuff up.
