Edited my initial post. Exactly! Is this some sort of experiment by SONY and wtf, where is the disc drive supply at? Distributors should be stocked along with limit on how many people can purchase, idk. Gamestop having them hostage behind their
Gamestop Pro requirement is purely vile and anti-consumer. There's a sht ton of people out there with physical games, whether on their PS4/PS4 Pro/or OG PS5. Can't play any of them without the drive. They're greyed out/locked and it doesn't give an option to install them even though it knows you own them. Wtf A.I are they using it should detect that, at least! Whatever happened to TYPING IN THE CD KEY that way it would allow people to redownload their game without the disc. And you'd think they would be running a sale on the best games like Demon Souls which I have the disk version of and can't fking play it. I'd rebuy it if It was on sale. SONY has been making some
real questionable decisions of late, game development included.
