Yeah impressive scores, i think it dethrones Blood and Wine in terms of scores, i think Gamespot was too harsh on Blood and Wine that they gave it 8 and they gave the base game a 10, maybe in the past it was less common to give high scores to DLC? idk
But same goes for Old Hunters and Heart of Stone and all that, they used to get lower scores in general for silly reasons while nowadays DLCs get high scores anyway.
Regardless of that, i dont have any doubt that Shadow of the Erdtree is a marvelous DLC, its definitely in the discussion of best DLC ever made, but i will reserve that till i play and finish it, we are not 100% sure yet as player voice has yet to be made, but going by From Software record its probably accurate rating.
All that is left for ER DLC is to win the best RPG award in December and it will claim the undisputed throne.
