It's crazy that we need to ask for a new Uncharted. I will take 10 more Uncharteds over one more Horizon or it's spinoffs.

Motorstorm, Wipeout, Destruction Derby. Bring back as many original devs as possible and give them all the funds they need.

Jak and Daxter, made by the Astro Bot team or Ratchet team.

Alundra, don’t remember who made it but I used to love that one, hire the Kena artists to do visuals.

You're looking for a new IP, and you're referencing some legendary PlayStation franchises. If I had to pick from those, my favorites would be Bloodborne and Shadow of the Colossus—both are masterclasses in atmosphere and gameplay design.

As for a new IP, I'd love something that captures the best of these games:

  • The mystery and haunting beauty of Ico & Shadow of the Colossus
  • The raw, brutal combat and lore depth of Bloodborne
  • The fast-paced, destructive action of Warhawk & MotorStorm
  • The cinematic storytelling of Uncharted & Killzone
Maybe a dark sci-fi action-adventure with colossal, ancient beings to fight (Shadow vibes), fluid traversal and gunplay (Killzone & Resistance), and a deep, cryptic world (Bloodborne).

What kind of new IP are you hoping for? Sci-fi? Fantasy? Something else?

Turns out a lot of Pal games I played weren't Sony games just published by them in that region

They seem to own the rights for Lemmings although it was Rockstar of all people who made the first one, so that.

Everybody's Golf

But Sony does not seem to care about the EG series, so Claphanz develops for iOS & Meta Quest nowadays.

Off the top of my head:

Colony Wars
Everybody's Golf
Tokyo Jungle
Siren (can we get a version of the game that isn't tanking the framerate all the time)

Colony Wars.

I've always imagined a next gen space dogfight game with the depth and story intrigue of something like the original Tie Fighter.

They'll never do it but a man can dream.

As someone who was Xbox360, I missed out on quite a few franchises (thankfully Sony did an incredible job with the UC & TLOU remasters on PS4) but I really would've loved to have played the Killzone and Resistance games, hell I think I was one of the few that thought KZ Shadowfall was brilliant... Holy fuck that opening is still one of the most technically stunning intros to a game ever, it just blew me away and really rammed home we where on the next generation, have yet to feel that way on this generation tbh outside of PSVR2, also Motorstorm looked incredible as well

Shadow of the colossus is so amazing I don’t know where you would take it. But I would love more.

I like uncharted but who knows what ND would do to it.

Other than that not really sure.

Warhawk is the one.

A new Warhawk game on PS5 would be fucking awesome.

That game on PS3 was glorious, the style was akin to Fortnite but with epic dog fights.

I’d buy a PS5 in a heartbeat if a new Warhawk was announced.

Oh, there are a whole bunch of old Sony games that I'd like to see make a comeback. For now, I'll limit this list to five games that have had little to no representation on PS4 and PS5 (streaming doesn't count, but emulation does).

  • Killzone. I know Killzone: Shadow Fall was a launch game for PS4, and we've more recently got an emulated version of Killzone Liberation (from PSP), but it would be nice to have the rest of the series come along for the ride. The original Killzone was a PS2 game, so maybe that'll get brought over soon enough), but 2, 3, and Mercenary also need to make the trip, at least for the sake of preservation.
  • Resistance. Likewise, we got a nicely spruced-up emulated version of the PSP game Resistance: Retribution, but the rest of the games are stuck on PS3 and Vita. Let's get them unstuck!
  • Colony Wars. The original PlayStation versions could be dusted off and added to the growing list of "Classics" on PS Plus Premium. I wonder what a new entry would look like with 20+ years of technological advancements?
  • Lemmings. For starters, I really think the original Lemmings was and still is a brilliantly designed game. I'd like to see two versions of the original Lemmings preserved and brought to modern platforms. One is, of course, the original Amiga version from DMA Design (now known as Rockstar North), with the graphics and sounds remaining totally unaltered. The other would have to be the PSP version, developed by Team 17, which had many enhancements to both the aesthetics and user interface, along with a level creator and a soundtrack by Tim Follin. Although, I suppose the PS2 version (which was similar to the PSP version, but wasn't released in North America) would be welcome.
  • MotorStorm. Just port the whole entire series over, then get cracking on some new entries. The world deserves it.

Ueda's new game was already shown so that's one off the list (Ico).

But a new Uncharted would be great. Granted its not been that long since the last game.. Another one would get me excited to play something on console.

A new Uncharted (without cuckman) .. make it a prequel.. really dont care for other characters...

New Resistence and Killzone ( with killzone 2 as base)

Shadow of The colossus 2 would be great

Bloodborne 2 and Demons Souls 2.

Wish Crash would go back to Sony ... so I could say Crash 5.
