How much more polish could the game possibly get at this point. It has been in development longer than any other Rockstar game. Like 10 years of work.

The longer they take the bigger the mountain they will have to climb to meet the expectations.

They don’t care about external expectations. I can’t see that factoring in the slightest to whether or not it gets delayed. If it’s ready, it’ll come out this Fall. If not, they won’t hesitate to delay to Spring 2026.

Personally I do think it will come out this year.

It's bit unfair to critique polish when GTA 6 will surely be the most technically advanced game ever, and it's not even close. Who actually knows the obscene amount of testing needed to make Vice City appear seamless to gamers? Not to mention they have the entire online element, which has the possibility to be the most popular gaas game in the world. It's a shitload to juggle, even with the crazy resources Rockstar has

That’d mean the PC version would launch alongside the PS6 version which sounds about right.
