They actually removed the Civ 5 launcher? Wow, I never would have expected that. It was still marked "beta" after all this time. I used the steam "beta" access code that allowed us to use the original launcher, but it's nice to see it officially reverted back to normal.

No need for Microsoft to be messing around with three different launchers. The Bethesda launcher was trashed, so I wouldn't be surprised if Battle Net was next. They will never get rid of the Xbox launcher.

But it looks like EA is experimenting on how to get rid of theirs.

xcom 2 mods use a different launcher anyway, an unofficial one.

Use AML instead of the standard launcher. It's far far far better.

I was happy for a sec thinking that i can boot mafia 3 DE now without blackscreen on steam, but no Anyone know how to fix that ? Sometimes it works when i tab out from the game a couple of times.
