Soft tacos of course, except for a good beef birria taco where the tortilla is dipped in grease and made crispy on the flattop.

Hard tacos are for people who buy Old El Paso tacos kits and think they know what tacos are lol

Soft, flour tortillas, wtf is wrong with you asking this question

Yea the second set are bs...real hard tacos are fried soft tacos with single filling...crumbly cheese on top not your grated cheddar nonsense...your north of the border bastardizations are simply deformed Nachos filled with a whatever you fancy mixing

Real hard tacos

So thats how you eat the hard taco's

I find that hard taco shells break easily, spilling the Taco goodness. The soft taco shell on the out side helps contain the hard taco shrapnel and it's contents.

If I wanted hard taco shell bits mixed with Taco stuff, I'd make Nachos like a civilized person.

With all this talk of tacos I'm going to have to make some for dinner.

Soft corn tortilla is the correct answer and onion and cilantro are the only acceptable toppings.Tacos dorados are the only hard shell that get a pass.

Cilantro is the worst thing that ever happened to mankind.

And just take the soft taco and grill it right on the flame of your gas stove. Perfect balance.

Anyone who hates cilantro should be condemned to a life time of taco bell tacos
It's actually genetic. Aldehyde, the chemical in coriander leaves or cilantro will taste heavily like soap to people with well....shit genetics. But it's not their fault. It truly does taste like arse to them.

Those are flautas, not tacos. I think you're confused.
Flautas are longer ...when you use the same corn tortilla as in soft tacos, rolled and fried it's called a taco dorado. Only difference is the length.

Don't argue with a Mexican about tacos. It won't end well for you.

first time in my life someone tacosplains my favourite food...bloody modern internet

Take it, two of the biggest bone-heads on the forum are arguing about the nationality of tacos. 😆
