I absolutely love Yoshi's Island, and while Yoshi's Story was a bit disappointing for me, it still had that Yoshi charm, and I still love the game. I'm getting a bit worried that the GC won't see a Yoshi game. Has there been any rumors or anything that suggest a Yoshi platformer is in development for GC? I'd love a new Yoshi game (preferably 2D).

Me too - I'd like to see the game use Paper Mario 2's graphic style. That would be so sweet.

I've heard NOTHING of a Yoshi platformer. Heard of a DK platformer back in 2002, and a Kirby platformer in 2003 (the DK platformer came true).

You could have had a Yoshi or Kirby platformer on the Cube, but do you know what you got instead?

Yeah... I think he did... plus, wasn't a new Yoshi game "announced" in a european Nintendo site (ala Paper Mario)?
