It really depends on the game.
I love the gibberish in Klonoa and in the original Starfox. For some reason, though, I wouldn't trade the English dub of Starfox 64 for anything.

Natural. Give subtitles at most for non-traditional languages (even though thats not necessary. You can tell what characters liie chewbacca or pikachu are saying by their body language)

As for palicos, i lasted maybe two missions before changing to natural
