What's the use of having a Edit Avatar pannel, if you put the URL link in the Edit Profile pannel?!

Because "Edit Avatar" is a separate system for server hosted avatars, rather than externally hosted avatars.

Give us time and redundant options should be removed to lessen the confusion.
