What this game is about cars? I thought it was some sort of fighting game featuring Max Headroom rejects.

That's exactly why I was disappointed that EGM's only nod to the game was from Sean Baby "reviewing" the boxart. I've always liked Sean Baby and his website, but it'd be nice if more places gave this game the good comments it deserves. Might have done better because lord knows it has a lot going against it lol.
