Creatine is Actually very good .... for me ... I dont know about everyone else, but I have gained 10 pounds and I am actually getting stronger each week, going up in weight on mostly all my exercises... alot could be Mental, but the constant comments made by people about my muscle gain is great... if you use creatine, make sure you drink alot of water... get good amounts of protien and LIFT HARD... dont cheat yourself... you cant lose
