Those scores are looking great. I've never played a souls game, back in the day I was really looking to Demons Souls but never picked it up, and ended up avoiding DS1 & 2 because of it. But Bloodborne is looking so good and with such great scores I'm not sure if I ignore this one.
So what proof do you have exactly that says otherwise? We know Sony funded the game and as such own the IP, and we know Sony approached From in the first place to make an exclusive after they worked on Demons Souls and after Dark Souls was finished, this was before anything of Bloodborne existed, there simply was no game at this point. After which they started development of a title at the same time as Dark Souls 2 that became Bloodborne.
At this point the burden of proof is on you, you're asserting claims and have provided no evidence beside your opinion.

Sony own the IP i think, but sony also owns the Demon's Souls IP and that didnt stop that from makes a deal with a third party to release dark souls multiplat and now most of people thinks that the "genre" starts with dark souls lol.

There's only so many games FROM can make at a time though.
Ironically, if Bamco decides it wants to make Darkborne , Sony could then make Demon's 2 to fill the gap left behind Dark Souls.

Every Amazon preorder I've ever bought (lots) has arrived on the day, although in one instance they sent it via their own courier so it turned up in the evening.
Simplygames are the best for preorders in my experience, although not always cheapest. They'll get it to you on the day or even earlier.

I'm torn man. I never had any interest in either DS or both DS games, yet, I kinda want to play Bloodborne. I've been struggling to get some decent playtime at home and I've been leaving more games unfinished than I used to because of it.

Mother fucking Amazon just shipped the copy and estimates it will be here by Thursday. I have prime and when pre-ordering it on Friday I was not given a choice for same day shipping so I left it as regular two day shipping because that's free. They should have shipped this earlier. Fucking hell.

I still remember the episode that when he was developing Demon's Souls he kept design of The Maiden in Black completely hidden from Sony or any other higher-ups of From until the point of no return, hehe

As strange as this sounds, I still think Ueda and Druckmann need to deliver one or two more games to be considered. As beautiful as Ueda's games have been, TLG has had an incredibly turbulent development process to consider him yet.

If From really wanted to they could just change the name and make a multiplat and Sony can't do much to stop it. Honestly that is not such a bad thing if it did happen.

Namco s recent management said they will focus on casual titles and From studio was bought by another company that also publishes titles.
More sony deals are entirely possible.

I expect existing purchases to have a premium delivery option, not games you know I want in advance of release. Those should be ready to go

First review to punish it's difficulty? Reviewer sounds legitimately frustrated by dying over and over.
Their Germany site gave it a 9 - wonder which Metacritic will use, or both?
