With Sony licensing games to Bandai Namco, what other games should they license?

Bandai Namco has licensed Freedom Wars, Patapon, and Everybody's Golf from Sony, and there is a possibility that they could license more obscure IPs, making them available across multiple platforms. What else should they license from Sony?

I'd like to see these IPs given some love and life:

Long live Bandai Namco!

I'd rather Sony license Ridge Racer from Namco and have a second team at Polyphony make an arcade racer with it.

Or better still, co-develop a couple new AA exclusives with them in partnership, with new or legacy IP. We wouldn't need so many re-releases if PS5 BC were as robust as it should be.

Any of the IP Sony isn't putting anyone on themselves. They don't have enough developers for all the IP they own so license it out.

Wipeout, Motorstorm, Modnation Racers, Sly Cooper, Jak and Daxter, Twisted Metal, Parappa the Rapper, Ape Escape, Little Big Planet, Resistance, Killzone, Dark Cloud, Gravity Rush.

Though IDK which of these IP's Bandai Namco could do a good job of or not.

Hell I'd even take a return of Buzz.

although is not an 1st party game, but since it is pretty much a ps exclusive:God Eater.
a remaster of GE2RB will be fantastic

I agree 100% - but alot of these mentioned here would atleast in my opinion require to be exclusive.
Stuff like Golf and Patapon- lesser know names, probably not.

Folklore would be dope, such a good game.

The others too of course but Folklore deserves a remaster so others can play it. That game is completely forgotten by the masses.

Could this mean that the rumor about Sega doing a new Wipeout be true? And it could even be a multiplatform game?
Black Widow Avengers GIF

Legend of Dragoon
Gravity Rush

But honestly Hot Shots is a bigger get than any of their other old IP to me. My Steam Deck is ready.

There are a fuckton of dormant Sony IPs that are not big enough to be given the full AAA treatment, but also big enough to warrant letting them out of the vaults fir some air.. hence the licensing move.

They apparently license to them low selling Japan focused portable games. So I assume Loco Roco, Gravity Rush or Soul Sacrifice can be the next ones.

Honestly I want them to bring the Japanese Xbox IPs to other platforms like Infinite Undiscovery and Lost Odyssey.

My waifu Kat

Was the first candidate I figured Bandai Namco would be interested in after FW, Hot Shots, and Patapon.

Then again, BN has plenty of Monster Hunter alikes with their own God Eater and stuff like that (whatever is going on with there maybe being a fourth game,) and they just got involved with Freedom Wars, so maybe they won't be as eager to add that to their portfolio. Plus, developers Marvelous and Comcept are under new ownership (although BN found a totally different studio to do the new Hot Shots remix revival, so that might not be a roadblock?)

But that's a Level-5 game. It's possible, I suppose, that Bandai Namco could use its keys to the Sony JP vaults to pull out a couple IP for L-5 titles (Jeanne D'Arc Remastered would be awesome, as would be a Dark Cloud / Dark Chronicle pack,) but I don't think they could actually produce it without Level-5's involvement. BN does have a relationship with L-5, so maybe, but it's not as easy pickings as some of these other titles.

Then again, they made a new Hot Shots seemingly without much involving ClapHanz, so who knows what's possible..

Sony published the game and appears to still own the IP, as the remaster wasn't released outside the PS4.
