Impressive that is why Switch 2 might become my secondary console behind my PS5. But still by priority for my budget are the upcoming games for Ps5 like Indiana Jones, Doom dark ages, death stranding 2, stellar blade nikke dlc, MGS3 remake, goy, and if GtA6 launch this year. I think Switch 2 right now wont fit my budget and priority this year. Maybe in a few years. And Im still playing Death stranding 1 directors cut, and astrobot right now.

Donkey Kong Bananza and Mario Kart World alone will likely be better than anything offered up in PS5 and Xbone Series' first years.

I don't get why people get so excited about OLD games. It's nice to get the chance of playing the again, but there are some games that are much more important to come back. Re-releasing or remastering very popular games is just milking customers. Instead, they should give a second chance to games that could've been successful, but for some reason they weren't.

When Nintendo revealed the Nintendo Switch, I was very excited. Not so much at all, with the Switch 2, and with those prices, it's impossible to even think about it.

We'll see. Switch's 2017 is still my favorite. Mario Kart World and Metroid Prime 4 look incredible, but it's hard for me to imagine them matching Breath of the Wild and Mario Odyssey. Donkey Kong and Kirby Air Riders vs. Splatoon 2 and Arms might be a closer contest.

We don't know if The Duskbloods will make year one, since it's not necessarily coming out before June of next year.

Third party support is going to be better than the Switch 1's by an order of magnitude though. And of course Nintendo probably has more year one games than they've announced. If they sneak a 3D Mario in for the holidays or next spring, that could very well put it over the top for me.

Yeah, no idea. Like I said in my first post here, I don't really care. Just pointing out that some of those games are closer to 1.5 years after launch than "within the first year". 2001 was stellar for Ps2 though, beginning of awesome times. First year was a little dry for me personally.
