Old stuff that is still visually impressive to you.

F-Zero GX still looks phenomenal to this day. Waverace Blue Storm also still has really great looking water. Actually it looks better than a lot of large water bodies in games today because it doesn't use shitty SSR.

Many Neogeo games are still top notch. Hardware was very capable and developers could splurge with basically no size limits compared with the consoles of the time. Same goes for arcade games in general between '84 & '94, a golden era in Arcades IMO. Capcom's CPS stuff looks amazing with the high horizontal resolution.

For some reason I'm more impressed by this intro than anything in the last 15 years maybe because I remember when it was new
going from Earthworm Jim to something like this was quite the leap.

early bumpmapping and parallax mapping.

I could still boot up Perfect Dark Zero or Kameo and stare at their wall and ground textures. the amount of 3D detail they were able to fake with textures only was kinda insane at the time. and many surfaces still hold up today.

the brickwork in the nightclub level in Perfect Dark Zero, right at the start near the dock, still looks amazing and super detailed for a 360 game... a launch game no less.

I was absolutely hypnotized by these textures when I got my 360 at launch on 2005... I literally walked around staring at walls, floors, roads...

edit: like look at these!!

and that's only a still shot. the really impressive part is how three-dimensional they look in motion.

Jet Set Radio (Dreamcast)

Also Dirt 3 on Xbox 360, although I haven't looked at it in a while. The physics in the game are still one of the best I've seen in a game.

Sea of Thieves' water visuals (the overall artstyle and models however, ehhh)

Killzone shadowfall (now if only the replay value was as good as its graphics

The Order 1887 (too bad about the everything else)

How old would be very helpful lol

In any case, The Order 1886 is in some cases still unmatched. Here is pretty random gameplay of it (to prove that this applies during action as well)

those older Dirt games are highly underrated.
Nobody mentioned The Witcher 3? Come on, it's gonna be 10 years old next month.
A lot of 10 year old games still look good. We reached diminishing returns around that time.

Yes! I was about to post this but you beat me to it.

What a stunning game. Great story. Great likeable characters. Fantasic weapons. Great setting.

I wish we could have gotten a sequel. I know this game was short, the world is too amazing to totally abandon.

Replaying Tekken 5 DR recently made me realize how exceptionally sharp and smooth it is in motion

Also playing Uncharted 4 on handheld and damn the visuals are insane in that game. Doesn't feel like it was ever topped in the bombastic production department.

Metal Gear Solid 2

Metal Gear Ray catches the falling Harrier:

Final Fantasy IX

Atomos destroys Lindblum:

Zone of the Enders 2

Anubis boss.

Honestly just MGS2,3 and ZOE2 the whole damn thing, looked beautiful on PS2, looks even better in the PS4 remake, just stunning all the way through. Even the anime cutscenes, old fashioned hand drawn, look excellent.

I love how Valkyrie Profile 2 looks. If you ask me games could have stayed looking like this forever.
