I don't know about 1990. I was too young to remember. From what I've read the wealth gap is the furthest it's been since the Gilded Age

Do you know a large amount of extremely intelligent and truly motivated people who aren’t able to make a comfortable living? I think a big part of the decline was giving far too much attention and resources to people who will never be able to independently help themselves. It’s really the genesis of our current situation.

I expect it to be superficially edgy but most of its humor, characters and plot to be safe and corporate af.

I don’t think much tbh, not with current pop culture esp in gaming.

Maybe we’ll get some satire on both “ultra patriots” and the “extreme purple hairs” but it probably won’t have much teeth.

I expect nothing wild. GTA is mostly a series relevant to an older generation, less edgier than their younger days and 6 was developed in an era where a bunch of lunatics were in charge that didn't allow satire or cultural mockery.
