People lost their shit when that Elden Ring lore channel released compilations that clocked in over 10 hours, so I wonder how those same people will feel about this.

... but I seriously can't look at Tim Rogers anymore after reading the mountains of sickening shit that were in his self-admitted autobiography of his years living in Japan, in which at one point the dude literally does describe raping a woman, or dating a various underaged girls at least ten years younger than him to which he taught English.
The book(s) are in the internet archive, since Rogers sold them privately during the early 2010s and they must have leaked at one point and gotten archived.

OK sorry but to me these youtubers are just unhinged autistic creators because as much as I love good content, theres a fine line when you go too far. Also talking this much about a single game which is honestly speaking pretty boring to me compared to Mafia and the like set in the similar period, what the hell is there to say so much? Another guy made like 70 hr (6 part) clip about Final Fantasy 15...
I have a love/hate relationship with LA Noire. It's a noteworthy game for how different it is to anything else, and for how much effort went into the face capture to support a main mechanic which is often infuriating and so confusing that they ended up repeatedly renaming the interrogation options to try and better explain them to the player. None of those attempts actually work because they are trying to use a single word to describe options which cannot be accurately explained in a single word and which I don't believe the developers even properly understood themselves when they made the game.
The more subversive elements (and even subversive meta elements) and the arc of the protagonist were quite interesting, especially for a game released back then. Elaborating on those would be a spoiler fest though, and I think it's a game which is still well worth playing. My advice would be to either use a guide for conversations if you know that making 'wrong' choices will annoy you, or to simply accept that you will inevitably make 'wrong' choices with this broken system through no fault of your own and just enjoy however it plays out.

Game starts on a high note, and really captures that era. Then it creeps on you how repetitive and shallow it is, and how useless the open world sort of is. Though I eventually went through the motions I did like it overall. Its just a flawed game.
