Think about it it's digital so it's not like they physically ran out of the lower price cards.
It's either not worth the trouble selling the lower price digital cards or some change is happening like digital PlayStation games being sold on Amazon.

150 gets you one game and the rest sits in the wallet getting slowly drained with auto PS+ renewals that I swear I kept turning off.
